The Origin Story
Hi, I’m Katie – creator of Spark + Sundry.
I’m an artist, silversmith, and NEPA native who accidentally stumbled into the world of jewelry in pursuit of healing.
After losing my father in 2022, I discovered memorial jewelry and became instantly endeared. Being a maker at heart, I self-trained as a bench jeweler to create my own.
Soon after, I founded Emberlight Designs, my own handcrafted memorial jewelry business dedicated to helping others heal after loss.
Little did I know that crying, laughing, and connecting with customers across the country would heal my own heart and point me toward my purpose – bringing people together with the power of wearable art.
Spark + Sundry was created with the intention of celebrating and capturing life’s special moments.
